2009 Developing and coordinating ServeADream, a national campaign to fuse a meaningful culinary ritual (dream pie socials) with the Martin Luther King holiday. The cornerstone Dream Pie Social took place at the Sweet Home Baptist   Church, Clarksville/Austin, TX on January 17.

2008-9 Developing a pilot program for ThreadCounts Project, involving new line of sustainable products for the home and Design Workshop providing on the job training for low income women, with an integrated culinary and lifestyle component.
2007-9 Developed and coordinated the Annual Harvest Mandala Food Drive to be produced annually during the harvest season, UT campus, Austin, TX
2008-9 Participated in ‘Floodlines’, a public theatre performance piece by Jacyln Pryor, Hyde Park neighborhood, Austin, TX
2009 Screening of “Harvest Mandala Food Drive” a documentary of the November happening on the UT campus, with Juan Elizondo (videographer), Living Color students, New Works Festival, U.T. Austin
2008 Presented paper with Dr. Nancy Kwallek, UT, Interior Design, School of Architecture, on the Living Color Signature course at the Inter-Society Color Conference Annual Meeting, Baltimore, MD, based on new interdisciplinary approach to the study of color communication and behavior
2007 Curated Colorfield Remix, a multimedia Installation with Charlotte Andrew, Meatmarket Gallery, Washington, D.C.
2006-7 Designed the Color Workshop, interdisciplinary MBA/MFA pilot program for The Sloan School, MIT and SMFA, Boston, MA
2003-6 Developed and instituted Color: A New Field Guide, interdisciplinary course structured to address the pivotal role played by of color and light in the world
