color consulting
A healthy and creative atmosphere appeals to the angels
of our better nature.
I am interested in contributing to the creation of spaces
that provide pleasurable responses through exposure to appealing
conditions of light, color, sounds, smells, and varied textures
of surface materials. We can be more productive if our senses
are stimulated by the aesthetic considerations of a given
environment. The pleasure of well being provides a positive
incentive to treat ourselves and our neighbors with a heightened
sense of respect and compassion.
We enhance the physical and psychological dynamics of a
given site by appealing to our integrated senses. We are
sensitive to the quality, intensity, and color of light
. We respond emotionally to the texture and feel of every
surface we encounter. We become disoriented if the dynamics
of a place overwhelm us and fail to consider our emotional
health and physical needs.
Clearly, creative solutions that promote physical and emotional
health require imagination and a commitment to an enhanced
quality of life. With skillful consideration of all of the
planes – flooring, ceilings, walls, windows, and doorways
– a fully integrated wholeness can be shaped in response
to the intended function.
